We had defective Tamko underlayment in the vallies that caused tar to seep out and drip over edge of roof and leak onto sidewalk. Batterbee Roofing walked me through the warrantee process, Came and took pictures of roof and gave free estimate for damage. ( Tamko wanted 3 estimates, had to get 2 additional estimates on my own) It took awhile for check from Tamko for total tear off and replacement of roofing and we decided to go with Batterbee.
