Quality service. Of 3 quotes, Batterbee’s was the lowest with the best quality materials and warranty. They finished tear off and clean up by 11:00 am. The installers arrived with the materials by shortly after noon. They were completed, cleaned up and gone by 4 pm. They covered my landscaping with tarps and went over the lawn and driveway with an industrial magnet to pick up nails. Pleased with this company from the initial visit with the sales representative, the contact from the office with emails or phone calls.. Good customer service means a lot. The new roof looks great and our neighbors were impressed with your crew, the netting put around the house, and the clean up was great.

We had the sale representative came out to give us a quote for our business on November 4. He took all the measurements and pictures. He told us we should have the quotes by next Wednesday and we haven't heard from the company again.
