Fast, expert workmanship. Highly recommend Batterbee Roofing.
We had our entire roof replaced the end of May, 2023. Matt Woods, supervisor, and Josee's crew did a very excellent job for us. They were very attentive to our concerns. They did an excellent job of protecting our house sides and landscaping around the house and especially our driveway. They did a 5+ star job for us. We are highly recommended them to friends and others.
There were some communication breakdowns that took a little time and discussing to sort out but I'm thankful Manny and the Sales Rep's manager (John, I believe) made things right. Some advice would be to confirm everything that is included with the project and get it in writing (fascia board, fascia board cover, drip edge.. all in the same small area but not all conversations will include that information unless you ask additional clarifying questions). Contracted with Batterbee Roofing and found them to be extremely professional. From start to finish they answered every question and did what they said they would do. They did all the paperwork including architectural review and building permits. We were informed every detail on line in the portal.
