I believe that I have a quality roof from Batterbee and my install crew was fantastic, however they have some practices that are not only condoned but encouraged by their sales department that are definitely not consumer friendly. (That is the nicest  way I can put it.) I would suggest that anyone doing business with them record the entire conversation with your salesman. The whole team from salesman, office manager and the installation crew were professional, courteous and responsive. The whole experience couldn’t have been any better. They installed the new roof in the time frame as promised and cleaned up the whole area when they were done. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing these services.
