My husband and I are very pleased with our new roof in The Villages. Our salesman Charles clearly explained the steps to replacing our roof and the quality of Owens-Corning products. Project manager Ivan called us before the re-roofing began, and stopped by the house several times while the work was being done and afterwards to ensure we were satisfied. Regarding my new roof - the most important things: (1) THEY INSTALLED A QUALITY PRODUCT (2)THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY (3)THEY WERE METICULOUS IN THEIR CLEAN-UP. (4) THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that they go over the top in contacts with their customers - got a little annoying, but that's just me. Four villas, eight homes were just completed on our block in our community because of the recent hail storm damage. Cannot believe how professional Batterbee was. Netting down around every house to catch debris, plywood under each dumpster to protect driveway, every netting, truck and dumpster has their name on it.
