Awesomeness All Around!!!! Kudos to Joseph & Crew Joletta M. 2 months ago I struggled finding a roofer that my heart told me to trust. I had many come to give quotes that raised my eyebrows after being 2 seconds on my roof. NONE made me feel comfortable at all. I was seeing BatterBee trucks all the time in my travels and something told me to try one more time. Mike Crimi and John W came the next day and was with me for 3 hours showing video of my roof and what materials would be used and how the... Read more

My husband and I are very pleased with our new roof in The Villages. Our salesman Charles clearly explained the steps to replacing our roof and the quality of Owens-Corning products. Project manager Ivan called us before the re-roofing began, and stopped by the house several times while the work was being done and afterwards to ensure we were satisfied. On-site supervisor Freddie and his team were diligent in keeping the work site clean and worked amazingly fast. The office staff kept us cur... Read more

Regarding my new roof - the most important things: (1) THEY INSTALLED A QUALITY PRODUCT (2)THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY (3)THEY WERE METICULOUS IN THEIR CLEAN-UP. (4) THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that they go over the top in contacts with their customers - got a little annoying, but that's just me. They were a little higher in cost (hundreds not thousands) than other quotes I received, but I felt comfortable doing... Read more

Four villas, eight homes were just completed on our block in our community because of the recent hail storm damage. Cannot believe how professional Batterbee was. Netting down around every house to catch debris, plywood under each dumpster to protect driveway, every netting, truck and dumpster has their name on it. There was a foreman at each home with a drone watching their men. This was not their first rodeo and it showed! We were all so impressed by their initial sales presentation and NOW... Read more
