Professional, Honest, Great Communication, Responsive From start to finish working with the Batterbee team was awesome! Great communication, excellent teamwork and quality work. Started with Jason Metzig , Sales, the administration team & finished with Matt Woods, Field Supervisor & Joel & his crew. Even with inclement weather Matt, Joel & crew worked diligently to get the job done. The roof looks great! My property was left clean. I would highly recommend Batterbee roofing.

After getting a new roof from Batterbee three years ago, we had what we thought were three roof leaks in three different places. Manny came to our home and inspected the problem. He agreed that there were leaks, and he repaired them on the spot. He was courteous and helpful.We appreciate the time and effort Manny put in to locate the problem and take care of it quickly.

Actually it was excellent in all aspects. From my 1st meeting with Rhett , the sales representative he was polite, professional and very informative. Stevie, the production coordinator kept me appraised of the current situation as far as material arrival to scheduling the installation. Eric my job coordinator was terrific!
