Michael Crimi, our Area Sales Manager, was very helpful in explaining construction and materials options, and took the time to answer all our questions. The office called us weekly with updates as we prepared for an instillation date. We used Batterbee for a previous roofing job and thought we got 5-star results. This time, we are thinking more like 2.5 stars. We think the work was overpriced, did not meet the expectations for thoroughness of job site cleanliness that we had been promised, and when we had issues, they were not promptly remediated even though the work was already paid for in full.
