I chose Batterbee Roofing because Charles Carson's professionalism and thorough presentation made me feel completely comfortable! The other bids presentation, or lack thereof, paled in comparison. There were some minor setbacks in my project: an unexpected chimney rebuild and new cap, a couple pieces of lost soffit and fascia that had to replaced, and the gutter job, which was subbed out to a gutter company that had to be scheduled, then rescheduled, but the employees at Batterbee were courteous and professional throughout the process and were willing to keep me informed and reassured about delays. The final product was excellent and I am very satisfied with all the work done.

Batterbee installed our new roof on 04/29/2021 and we are extremely pleased with the roof and the personalized service from Batterbee. Our Sales Rep, Jason, was great! He did a great job explaining the process, the roofing materials and helping us select our shingle color, which we have had many compliments since the roof was installed.
