Jennifer, thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your experience with Batterbee Roofing. We truly appreciate you trusting us with such an important investment as your roof replacement. We’re glad to hear your experience reflected what we strive for every day as a trusted Central Florida roofing contractor honest communication, no-pressure estimates, and clear guidance from the first roof inspection through final installation. Jeremiah’s walkthrough of roofing options and shingles, along with presenting both budget-friendly and premium roofing systems with enhanced warranty protection, is exactly how we aim to help homeowners make informed decisions. It’s great to know our permitting and scheduling process, including Shelby’s coordination and Travis keeping you updated the night before installation, helped everything run smoothly. Our crews take pride in delivering high-quality roof installation services, addressing necessary roof deck repairs like rotted wood transparently, and ensuring all work is approved before proceeding never pushing unnecessary repairs. We’re especially pleased you noticed our focus on clean job sites, respectful roofing crews, and thorough post-project cleanup. Providing durable roofing systems backed by strong manufacturer warranties and dependable workmanship is what sets Batterbee Roofing apart in residential roof replacement across Central Florida.
