We used Batterbee for a previous roofing job and thought we got 5-star results. This time, we are thinking more like 2.5 stars. We think the work was overpriced, did not meet the expectations for thoroughness of job site cleanliness that we had been promised, and when we had issues, they were not promptly remediated even though the work was already paid for in full. Here at batterbee we strive for excellence and any type of feedback is much appreciated in order to grow and become the best in this business. Please understand we do work on many many jobs and sometimes we aren't always able to remediate problems as quickly as we would like but we do our best to make sure every customer is satisfied and get any and all problems resolved as soon as we possibly can. Again we do apologize for not being able to meet your expectations in your roofing project.
From the first day of signing, until the day they came to install, was a great experience. No stone untouched, the on site supervisor was there the entire time, insuring a good roofing. Would call again if needed. Thanks to all.
