We used Batterbee for a previous roofing job and thought we got 5-star results. This time, we are thinking more like 2.5 stars. We think the work was overpriced, did not meet the expectations for thoroughness of job site cleanliness that we had been promised, and when we had issues, they were not promptly remediated even though the work was already paid for in full. Here at batterbee we strive for excellence and any type of feedback is much appreciated in order to grow and become the best in this business.
