My experience with Batterbee roofing began last year when I received a very fair estimate of the cost for my new roof. We set the contract in place in December and due to back order on shingles Batterbee was not able to complete the installation until 15 March. BATTERBEE ROOFING installed shingles of poor quality, in my opinion. A self inspection the day after installation revealed 60+ areas over the entire roof with black asphalt spots having no colored granules. BATTERBEE management takes no responsibility for the quality of the product they install. They classified this as a warranty issue even though the shingles were obviously in this condition prior to installation. The Warranty claim with OWENS CORNING was denied. Will certainly recommend Batterbee. Kyle and his team got the complete roof done in one day. They were delayed by a late delivery of shingles but made the effort to complete the job as it was getting dark. Was very satisfied with Tim in sales and Michelle in scheduling, response to questions were almost immediate.
