We were kept informed throughout the whole process from contract signing to completion of job. They took steps to make sure all nails were removed; however, when my husband mowed yesterday, he got a nail in our tractor tire. They took steps to protect shrubbery and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Batterbee to my friends and neighbors. Thank you Batterbee for a job well done.

Jason the Sales and Service Representative presented an extremely detailed and educational product presentation. He spent a lot of time with my wife and I answering the many questions we had concerning the materials to be used, the installation process, ideas for color selection and the warranty. We felt very comfortable moving forward with the roof installation.
