The salesman took too much time. The start date changed 3 times. The work on the roof was very good.

The attention to detail and the communication Batterbee has and continues to have is the better than five stars. Product quality and workmanship are the best you will find and I say that after speaking with neighbors who didn't use Batterbee for roof replacement.
Batterbee was thorough about explaining every stage of the process. They moved the roof fan to be more efficient. The new ridge is much longer than the original one which will make a big difference.
Very happy with experience at the end. Small issue with scheduling , but installation looks good and survived the first heavy rainfall so I expect no issues going forward.
