We used Batterbee Roofing for a repair to our roof that was sustained during the hurricane last October. They were fantastic throughout the entire process and communicated very well with us. I'll be using them for any future roof work that we have and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a roof repair.
Every step of the process was great. The sales rep Rhett was very helpful/conscientious, as was Shelby who took my calls/provided info. Martine the project manager was on site for the roof replacement, & made sure everything was done properly. He also (as above employees) provided excellent customer service. I just wanted to take a minute and thank Batterbee roofing. We had storm damage last November. They were there for us throughout the whole process and did a great job. I would especially like to call out Rhett, Jason and Manny. Working through the insurance company wasn’t pleasant but they were willing and able to do whatever we needed to get the claim processed.
