Our experience communicating with our sales agent, Charles, and through the completion of our new roof with Josh we couldn't be happier. Charles explained everything and Josh made sure everything was done correctly and completely. I watched the entire team tear off the old roof, replace damaged wood, found a defect in one of our solar tubes (which was easily replaced, at an added expense, it was way too old to contact the original installer for a replacement), re-covered with waterproof sheeting... Had our Villages home re-roofed by Batterbee. They did a great job. Were done in a single day. Protected the house, gutters, driveway, and landscaping. Cleaned up after. By 6pm you wouldn’t know they had even been here!

Professional from the start. Deteailed explaintion from the sales rep to the finished product. Some items are note worthy,. Due to supply chain it is lenghty (10 weeks) from contract to finished product. Once you are notified they are ready to install, communications picks up to almost daily information. Too many to thank, but a job and company I would recommend. Thank you very much for timely and professional work.
