The sales process was very professional. Kudos to Tim Sweeney. On scheduled date, the crew arrived on time, crew supervisor explained process and oversaw the site prep. They finished in one day, cleaned up thoroughly. The next morning, the supervisor met me for a walk-around to ensure everything was done to expectations. There were follow up phone calls to check on my satisfaction. Then, the cookies and note that arrived today were a really nice touch.
