We were impressed with our sales rep Sam on his thorough explanation of what was going to take place. We did not get this from other roofers who quoted our project. The installers were on time and there were no slackers even in the heat and humidity of the day. What counts is the final product, and we did receive that. Very professional and polite. Called because some debris went into our microwave vent. The project supervisor, Manny, came by to drop off photos for the inspector later that day. We told him about the debris. He didn't even bat an eye! With a big smile he said "I can fix that". He did. Asked if everything else was alright. Told him it was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Crew was highly professional and very nice.
