BATTERBEE ROOFING installed shingles of poor quality, in my opinion. A self inspection the day after installation revealed 60+ areas over the entire roof with black asphalt spots having no colored granules. BATTERBEE management takes no responsibility for the quality of the product they install. Excellent service from beginning to end. Good communications throughout the process.
Will certainly recommend Batterbee. Kyle and his team got the complete roof done in one day. They were delayed by a late delivery of shingles but made the effort to complete the job as it was getting dark. Was very satisfied with Tim in sales and Michelle in scheduling, response to questions were almost immediate.
