I was extremely impressed with Batterbee Roofing. My house was in need of a roof replacement and I was searching for someone to do the best quality job and not necessary the cheapest. My house is not the easiest to work on, has a lot of roof area, and has a few difficult aspects to it that are out of the normal. When I contracted with Batterbee to replace my 20 year old roof, I purchased not just shingles but a roof system. The guarantee that comes from Owens Corning and Batterbee is worth the price. My roof looks great and Batterbee showed up on time, thoroughly picked up all nails and debris, and followed up afterward. If there's ever a problem with my roof, I'm confident Batterbee will be there.

There were some minor setbacks in my project: an unexpected chimney rebuild and new cap, a couple pieces of lost soffit and fascia that had to replaced, and the gutter job, which was subbed out to a gutter company that had to be scheduled, then rescheduled, but the employees at Batterbee were courteous and professional throughout the process and were willing to keep me informed and reassured about delays. The final product was excellent and I am very satisfied with all the work done.
