Batterbee Roofing was amazing. From beginning to end they were professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Due to COVID-19 I had to reschedule my roof replacement several times. We had to have our roof replaced on our house. Got quotes from three different companies. We went with Batterbee Roofing because of their sincere business approach. We were never pressured but given guidance for this process. We did not know where to start and they made our experience so easy. They gave us info on what had to be done, what we could do to accomplish it and advised us on how to go about that process without stress. Batterbee did an excellent job from start to finish. The sales rep was knowledgeable and explained every step that would be done. They were very responsive when I had to reschedule the installation from my original date. Their Customer Scheduling rep Mackenzie was on top of everything and communicated every step that was being taken. The crew arrived on time and worked from sunup to almost sundown.
