The whole process went very smoothly. Batterbee spoke with the Insurance Co. The installation took 2 days and the work crew cleaned up the area on both days. Could not have asked for a smoother transaction from start to finish.

Batterbee’s team was professional, friendly, and thorough. The work they did on the roof was excellent, and the cleanup was equally as good. It was a very well done job.
Supervisor Travis (and his brother) are very professioal, knoledgeable and just nice guys. They responded to several small leaks in the garage after the job was over (gas vents), and sealed them. Jermaine was another very helpful and friendly person. We only met him after the job was complete when we were finalizing insurance, as Robert was no longer employed.
