My home is 5 years old. A couple of years ago I had a leak in my ceiling. I called Battersea who installed the roof but they said they do not service Palm Coast although a couple of years earlier they installed it. Come to find out it was faulty installation. Roofing nails were sticking out and caused a leak in the tile roof which resulted in the leak in my ceiling. Fast forward a couple a years, now another problem. Tiles are sliding down.
