Called Batterbee for a possible roof leak after Milton. They gave me an appointment a week out, which is fair. The customer services and email notifications were very helpful. The technician on the day of the services/estimate was punctual. The technician pointed out other factors that could cause my roof concerns, which cleared the roof for leaks.
