I would go 2 1/2 stars. Roof looks ok from what I can see. Not great at metal work around some areas. Had a solar skylight put in at the same time the roof was complete. Had some minor cracking in the ceiling around solar tube. Had to fix AC ducts since they were not working (kinked), also had to fix garage door opener (wire in attic was pulled out) Response to your reply to my post yesterday. Batterbee was the 3rd roofing company I contacted and the only one that didn't try to coherce me into buying a new roof. The sales rep Jeremaih was professional, thorough and friendly! When I explained the situation and my experience, Jeremiah focused only on repairing the roof. I expect to use them to replace the entire roof in just a couple of years when I have the cash.
