There's not too much I can add, Batterbee was a first rate experience from start to finish. Their process is so professional and comprehensive, I don't think I ever had to call them. Every step of the way, about once a week, someone from Batterbee would call me with an update on the status of my project. I had some other estimates that were actually higher than Batterbee, but did not offer the warranty and the security of the Owens Corning products Batterbee uses. There is really no beating th... Called Batterbee for a possible roof leak after Milton. They gave me an appointment a week out, which is fair. The customer services and email notifications were very helpful. The technician on the day of the services/estimate was punctual. The technician pointed out other factors that could cause my roof concerns, which cleared the roof for leaks.
