We needed repair to a leaking roof Vent Pipe seal and inspection for other possible concerns. They were prompt and on time for the appointment and did a great inspection with video showing other potential problem areas. They did not try to upsell us to a total reroofing. I feel the quote was reasonable and scheduled the necessary repairs. The leaking seal was temporarily caulked to prevent further leaks before they could do the work. I had received an email from another company offering me a drone inspection of my roof. After the inspection I was told I had hail damage and was pressured to sign for a roof replacement which I did not do. I called Batterbee and they performed a complete inspection and found I did not have any damage. I am so grateful I called Batterbee. They will be my roofers when it is replacement time
