Very professional and accommodating. Kept me informed on every step along with dates and times. Showed up on time and kept me updated on progress. Gave a final walk through after installation. Side note they arrived with Dog box will treats and a chew toy for our fur baby. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone

I can't say enough how exceptional this company is. I called due to tiles lifting up from a 2 year old roof in which another roofing company installed. For various reasons I didn't trust them to come out and inspect their own work. The next day after calling Batterbee they sent Sam out. After he made a thorough inspection with pictures he explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. Sam called his supervisor and they agreed to fix it with no charge!
