There's not too much I can add, Batterbee was a first rate experience from start to finish. Their process is so professional and comprehensive, I don't think I ever had to call them. Every step of the way, about once a week, someone from Batterbee would call me with an update on the status of my project. Called Batterbee for a possible roof leak after Milton. They gave me an appointment a week out, which is fair. The customer services and email notifications were very helpful. The technician on the day of the services/estimate was punctual. The technician pointed out other factors that could cause my roof concerns, which cleared the roof for leaks.
