Roof repair came out great! All the roof vents were treated and sealed. A section of roof tiles, where improperly installed water diverters damaged the roof, were replaced. Once completed, the yard was left clean! We also liked the fact that the entire roof was photographed to document it's current condition in the event something happens in the future.
My Mom's home had a small leak as a result of Hurricane Milton. Batterbee had replaced the roof approximately 5 years ago. I reached out to them and their representative, Anthony, arrived on Thursday, October 24, 2024, assessed the issue, repaired it and made further recommendations. Anthony was kind, courteous and resolved the issue. Thank you, Anthony!!! Customer Service goes a long way in my book!!!
