I contacted Jason at Batterbee Roofing to complete a roof inspection just to ensure there were not any issues since the roof is 9 years old. I have had my roof inspected twice previously by Jason with no issues. This time, it was determined that there was a warranty issue and Jason immediately initiated the process to file a warrenty claim that was ultimately approved.
