From their presentation, covering on the doors and windows with netting to prevent damage, removing the old roof, fixing areas that the original builder didn't take care of and put it on a beautiful new roof with a lifetime warranty. Very thorough job with excellent protection of surroundings from debris and cleanup of all prior roof materials. Top quality materials and installation methods were used. On-site supervisor Travish Korbisch responded quickly and completely to our questions with excellent technical knowledge and focus on meeting customer needs.

Loved the whole team. We had unexplained leaks in the kitchen & called Batterbee based on their online reputation. Sam was great on the initial visit - explained all the potential reasons for this pattern of leaks. He was unable to look under the roof to see what the problem was (too much spray foam insulation), so he just went to the roof directly. He found several areas where things have been bolted on, lightning rods and solar panels mostly, and it looked like they needed the waterproof coat... Read more

My roof replacement through Batterbee Roofing was a first class experience from initial contact through final completion. They provided exactly the roofing materials I specified, started and completed the job as promised, and cleaned up the site when finished. I observed full adherence to the shingle manufacture's installation specifications at all times. No short cuts, no sloppy work whatsoever.
