I reached out to them and their representative, Anthony, arrived on Thursday, October 24, 2024, assessed the issue, repaired it and made further recommendations. Our experience with Batterbee was excellent! We are very pleased with the new roof. Their professionalism and detailed workmanship was par none. They took care to ensure that our pavers and foundation plants were protected from damage. They were prompt with their arrival and finished on time as promised. We would highly recommend them.

Sad to say this might be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, and what is more disappointing is how recommended they came when I decided to give them a call, it's like nobody in the company knows what the other person is doing. So like lost we had some roof damage from Milton, nothing major just some tiles came off, do not think I have a leak but I really can't see into that part of the attic to find out.
