The team (and I) were faced with many challenges due to the impact of COVID. At the time we received timely and consistent communication both verbal and written. When the team arrived their was ongoing watchfulness for thoroughness and to ensure quality workmanship with quality materials. We worked with Rhett (office rep) and Matt (field supervisor) on our roof replacement in mid December 2023 in The Villages. They were very responsive and provided updates and great follow-through. The job was done on time and the work crew was exceptional about the whole process and they were set up to be in complete control of the messy tear off phase. They have work estimation/quotes, installation and clean up down to a science. We highly recommend this company for roofing needs.
