My husband and I are very pleased with our new roof in The Villages. Our salesman Charles clearly explained the steps to replacing our roof and the quality of Owens-Corning products. Project manager Ivan called us before the re-roofing began, and stopped by the house several times while the work was being done and afterwards to ensure we were satisfied. Regarding my new roof - the most important things:
(1) THEY INSTALLED A QUALITY PRODUCT (2)THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN ONE DAY
(3)THEY WERE METICULOUS IN THEIR CLEAN-UP.
(4) THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that they go over the top in contacts with their customers - got a little annoying, but that's just me.
