There were some communication breakdowns that took a little time and discussing to sort out but I'm thankful Manny and the Sales Rep's manager (John, I believe) made things right. Some advice would be to confirm everything that is included with the project and get it in writing (fascia board, fascia board cover, drip edge.. all in the same small area but not all conversations will include that information unless you ask additional clarifying questions). Contracted with Batterbee Roofing and found them to be extremely professional. From start to finish they answered every question and did what they said they would do. They did all the paperwork including architectural review and building permits. We were informed every detail on line in the portal.
