            I hired Bear Brothers to replace the roof on my home over 6 years ago- the work was never completed properly and the incorrectly installed gutters resulted in water damage to the interior of my home. Attempts to correct the issues failed, despite repeated promises to resolve the outstanding issues. Chet was our project manager and did a fantstic job keeping in touch with me and always returned my calls promptly.             Jonathan and his team made replacing my roof super easy. He kept me updated on their progress, clearly explained the contract, and made sure everything was 100% complete before calling it a day. They even sent a follow up crew out to remove our satellite dish we didn't use!

            If you value your time, money and sanity you will look elsewhere. Not a positive experience at all, including being cussed at by project manager. Failed inspection twice. No communication from the business, took two months to complete a standard ranch style roof and gutters. They really don't care about their customers and don't respect your time.
