Steve was very thorough, he told me what he was going to do, told me how he was going to do it and When he was going to do it, everything was explained step for step, When Repairs were completed he showed me photos and explained what he had done, very professional. Bear Brothers just replaced my roof today. They started early and were done by 2pm. You couldn’t tell they were even here as their cleanup was awesome! Wes was my main point of contact. He was always on time for appointments, responded quickly to any of my texts and kept me informed throughout the day on progress.
