I ordered 5 mini-blinds for the downstairs of my home. My sales associate was very professional and friendly. I had very positive experience with Beltway Blinds. They kept me up-to-date on the progress of my order. The technicians arrived installed my blinds with no waisted time, efficiency and courteous service. I still have 6 windows that need updated blinds. I love my mini-blinds selected and will be reaching back out to Beltway Blinds. Thank you!
The time frame for getting the blinds was much to long. Seller did not inform me of the discount if I refer there other customers. So I lost out on that discount, very disappointed. But, when I finally received my blinds, I was please with re look and result. So, this is why I can't give you 5 stars.
I wanted to share my incredible experience with Beltway Blinds. I was happy to find a locally owned and operated independent business to work with. I wanted to avoid the high pressure, sales focused tactics of the franchise and chain brands.
