Fair prices, decent install (although the automatic shades weren’t fully charged and we were told they didn’t need to be for a year), not so good customer service. Salesman said the automatic shades could be programmed to go up and down either together or individually, at pre-programmed times of the day. Not impressed, this process started about a year ago, had a new door installed and wanted new blinds for the door, after the initial sales person visit, they came out and measured about 3 separate times. It took about 6 to 9 months for the blinds to finally show up, then when they did show up, one of the blinds did not fit, unbelievable.
