I wish I would’ve spent more time reading the reviews. We had a great experience with the salemsman, Tim, and installer, Jake, for two of the three shades that we ordered. They both exemplified exceptional customer service. However, I have had horrible customer service from others that I’ve spoken with. They came and did their big show. Once paid, the representative told me someone else would have to come out to re-measure because he was new. Already, I had to take off from work. And then they made an appointment FIVE weeks later. And refusing to cancel my order. Be careful they take your money and then have invalid reasons for needing to postpone the order again and again.

If you want great customer service and informed advice, ask for Alan to come out and provide you with a quote for all of your window needs. He was helpful and had answers to all of our questions.
