I called Beltway Blinds a couple of times to have service on my Sunsetter awning and was told that they didn't show me purchasing an awning. It wasn't until Kevin called to sell me an awning that he asked me if it could be under another phone number. When I gave him my home phone he pulled up my account. He was able to help me and made arrangements for the service department to call to schedule an appointment. WAY TO GO KEVIN!

Initially I had a few concerns with the installation of my sunsetter awning. I contacted beltway blinds, they resolved the problem quickly and went above and beyond good customer service.. Everyone from beginning to end was courteous and professional. If anyone is considering purchasing the sunsetter awning I would definitely recommend the motorized remote over the manual hand crank.
