So far so good. Terrell Henderson was a great sales rep, personable, knowledgable, customer-oriented, low pressure, just out to help us find the product that works best for us. Finance option was easy, 12 months at 0% interest made it easy for us to commit to the project. I will reserve full judgement until the blinds get installed. I hope the rest of process is a good as the first part, and that the quality of the product is up to snuff. I'll add a full review then.
2nd Update: evening of 26 September, received a call from Wayne of Beltway Blinds. He expressed his apologies for the technician and how the company would send someone out to clean because that behavior is unacceptable and goes against the mission and vision of the company. The next morning someone did come to remove the shoe stain (didn’t come off with a warm damp cloth) from the white banister and 20ft window seal as promised. Appreciated the quick response on rectifying this issue.
