Called this morning and spoke to Sandy. She was very friendly and enthusiastic. Was able to book an appointment for later this afternoon! Tim was prompt and did not rush through our meeting. He asked questions and was able to zero in on products without overwhelming us. Had samples with him and I was able to choose what I liked. He also took measurements of all of the windows I requested. We are very impressed with the customer service and product.
We had Beltway Blinds come out 2 years ago to install shutters in our home. James Shade was our salesman. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable, with helping us to make this purchase. Fast forward to now, we have them back to install another shutter, and James once again is our salesman. He’s honest and very profession. Highly recommend for all your window treatment needs!
Justin Hunt was AWESOME! Not only was he patient, he answered all of my product and design questions. He was able to anticipate my concerns and even mentioned things that I hadn't considered as options for my new home. I received a great price and I'm excited for my new window treatments. Update: 11/2: My blinds are still broken, I'm reporting them to the BBB.
I haven't receive my blinds on time. My blinds have fallen off their beam. My order still is not complete. The quality of their work and customer service is horrible. I would not recommend.
