Great customer service and very thorough. Tim was very professional and answered all my questions.
Overall a good experience. I did get concerned when my installer did not arrive at the scheduled time, after a few calls I was given an updated time frame, I had already been rescheduled once. When the installer arrived he let me know he had been double booked. I would suggest better communication with office staff and installers as no shows and miscommunication of install times seems to be biggest source of complaints with the reviews I read.
