We ordered 4 sets of blinds from Beltway Blinds in October and initially had a great experience with the sales rep. The product itself is decent, but we have cordless blinds and after immediate installation we noted that all 4 sets of blinds click/get stuck when adjusting the slant. Not a huge deal for us because we mostly just lift them up and down. 1 set of blinds arrived broken. They ordered a replacement. No one contacted us to schedule re-install. I had to call to schedule.
