            I had reached out to Beltway Blinds in August of 2024 to replace a window roller shade at one of our restaurants. The initial consultation was scheduled quickly and a quote was received in a very timely manner. After considering multiple quotes we went with Beltway Blinds as their quote had the lowest price and I liked the professionalism of the gentleman who came out for the consultation.             Disappointing Experience with Beltway Blinds I would strongly advise against using Beltway Blinds for any window treatment needs. I placed an order for custom shutters in August 2024, with the understanding that they would be ready in six to eight weeks. However, my blinds were not installed until January 2025, a five-month delay. The lack of communication throughout the process was frustrating.
