Hugo & Cisco arrived on time and were professional and courteous and did an amazing job with our new blinds installation.
Today, Tuesday, December 22 James came and was ON TIME!! He was so pleasant to work with and wasn’t trying to get over on me but made sure I understood all of the options. He did double measurements as I like, to make sure his measurements were accurate.
I bought blinds 2 months ago and I am still waiting for my install and product. Don't be fooled and regret your buying decision like me. This company will give you the run around and not deliver. Go with another company and save your money and headache. 5 installation re-schedules and counting. 2 of which were cancelled on the morning of the install. Problems with internal managers pulling installers to different locations on the way to my scheduled install was the latest excuse.
James was great, as well as guy who came to measure. I can’t remember the guys name who did install but he was super clean, on time, professional and meticulous! We have had the shutters about a month and every time I look at them I’m so happy with our decision to get them! I’m a details freak and a bit OCD and they look and function perfectly so far!
