DO NOT USE Beltway Blinds. I used them in the past and recommended them to others but my experience this time was MUCH worse. No communication. Gaslighting. I tried to contact them on multiple occasions with no response. I was told 3-6 weeks was normal. I orded on 8/31 and they are installing 11/8. I was told they didn't know why I was upset as this is normal. Apparently 3-6 weeks is the flexible in counting and doesn't including weeks for installing.
James was terrific to work with. He arrived at my home promptly and had great suggestions for my window treatments.
He measured my windows and gave me a quote immediately.
This company is very unprofessional. Needed them to visit a new home model for measurements and then set an appointment with me in my current home. Explained the situation several times at length and detail. Appointment was at 4:30pm and cancelled at 11:20am after speaking to them twice the same day. I am glad there are other blind companies who are also scheduled to get my business. Good Luck to you!
James Frampton did a great job presenting the shades for my home studio. He showed up early, was professional and courteous, assessed my needs, and gave me several options for my windows. He provided a price based on the different options good for a year. He also gave me an option I did not know was available. Overall great experience
