The worst customer experience imaginable. Do not use this company! Completely unresponsive after placing a $3k order. They stated blinds would arrive in 3-6 weeks and after 7 weeks, they said there was an issue placing the order w the manufacturer. Horrible pestering … even to get an estimate! It’s a shame as they represent some GREAT products. But they seem to have an outsourced Call Center that pesters constantly even to get an onsite estimate. Odd. I went from fully committed to spending 10-12k$ this week to cancelling the appointment entirely!! James Frampton, our design consultant arrived
on time (actually 5 minutes early). He showed us a variety of products and homed into the products, that We preferred. He gave us recommendations, as well. He measured all windows and listened to our wishes for the look.
