            Update - I would not recommend this company. We ordered a custom roller shade and after the install decided that the roller shade was a good fit. It took multiple phone calls and emails to have someone come out to discuss the only option of purchasing brand new blinds. While I 100% understand these are custom blinds, the lack of customer service was disheartening as we spent upwards of $7,000 for blinds.             There are many lawsuits against this company. By far one of the most dishonest businesses I have encountered. They made a huge mistake in ordering a blind. They are very good at distorting the truth and wanting the customer to pay for their mistake. They lied to the credit card company to get their money when the order was not complete. Salesman was busy flirting with his girlfriend and not paying attention to what he was writing on the order form. Go to Lowe's and you'll do better on prices.... Read more

            Terrible customer service! First couple weeks they contacted me weekly then no word. Customer service line was dismissive even after 9 weeks and still no awning. It would not be so bad if they acted like that cared.
