There are many lawsuits against this company. By far one of the most dishonest businesses I have encountered. They made a huge mistake in ordering a blind. They are very good at distorting the truth and wanting the customer to pay for their mistake. They lied to the credit card company to get their money when the order was not complete. Salesman was busy flirting with his girlfriend and not paying attention to what he was writing on the order form. Go to Lowe's and you'll do better on prices.... Read more

Fair prices, decent install (although the automatic shades weren’t fully charged and we were told they didn’t need to be for a year), not so good customer service. Salesman said the automatic shades could be programmed to go up and down either together or individually, at pre-programmed times of the day.
